​Our pieces do not tarnish, however, gold plated jewelry loses a bit of its color overtime. We are confident in the quality of our products and we assure you that your jewellery will remain beautiful for a long time if you take good care of them. Please follow our jewellery care guide to preserve the color of your pieces.

  • Wear after applying perfume, hairspray and makeup and not before
  • Remove before bathing, swimming or exercising. It will not tarnish if you shower or exercise with them but you will shorten the lifespan of your pieces.
  • Store in a pouch separate from other jewelry.
  • Clean your plated jewelry gently after each wear.
  • Make sure your jewelry doesn’t fall to the ground.

No, we do not offer general repairs. However, we provide a 1-month warranty. This implies that we will take care of your merchandise for one month from the date of purchase if any damage to the material or craftsmanship of the jewelry happens. Simply contact us, and we’ll work together to find a solution. This warranty does not cover missing goods, scratches caused by regular wear and tear (such as a bent ring, or broken chain), inappropriate use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product performed by a third party.

We ONLY offer exchange for items purchased within Nigeria. However, in the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns on earrings unless the wrong item was sent out. Please note that exchanges are offered on a case by case basis. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. Please note that except the wrong item(s) were sent out, you will be responsible for delivery costs
